The Estate of Michael Jackson signed an agreement yesterday with the charity Heal The World by Melissa Johnson, the same day he would start the trial to decide ownership of lucrative trademarks obtained by Johnson. In a statement, John Branca and John McClain say the agreement requires that the rights of the institution Heal The World and all trademarks of the foundation may have become of Estate ownership. The rest of the agreement remains confidential. According to Joe Vogel on Twitter, the foundation will be re-activated and directed by John Branca, John McClain and Katherine Jackson.
