A user can change their password at any time and they do not need their system administrator

A user can change their password at any time and they do not need their system administrator’s involvement. They should simply sysco mn login to the RMS, and then select ‘User Preferences’ from the top menu:
You will need to enter your old password in the top box, and your new password in the bottom one. (Requiring the old password prevents mischief-makers from changing the password of a user that has walked away from their desk!)
