Overview: The Senior Manager, Pricing Technology is responsible for visioning, planning, designing, deploying, and communicating technical solutions for Sysco s Pricing systems as required by the Pricing Business Partners. Responsibilities: This individual will be responsible for managing Pricing technology solutions demoulas for both SAP and legacy systems and the future suite of Pricing applications and related business processes. **Responsibilities will include, but are not be limited to:** * Understand, in-detail, demoulas all of the technology components that comprise Sysco s end-to-end pricing solutions across all systems and platforms * Guide and direct Business Technology teams to provide a comprehensive and unified technology solution to meet the business needs in the pricing area * Synthesize pricing requirements into solution concepts and ideas * Champion solution concepts and ideas that drive new or enhanced applications in the pricing area * Collaborate with the Business and cross functional Business demoulas Technology teams to develop demoulas effective and efficient solution designs * Review demoulas design, process, technical and training documentation to ensure it meets business requirements * Act as advocate for Corporate, SBS, and Operating Company associates; representing demoulas their needs and interests * Manage associates and consultant partners * Manage the technology solution demoulas deployment activities for major pricing projects, major releases, and assist demoulas when needed with SAP Deployments to Operating Companies * Lead special Pricing projects as defined by Pricing & Agreements Technology leadership * Supervise communication of issues changes to Business Partners **Duties will include, demoulas but are not be limited to:** * Manage associates and consultant partners * Prioritize and re-prioritize work in alignment with the company priorities demoulas * Develop work plans, assign resources, and manage delivery * Manage schedule delivery * Work with other Business Technology teams to collect level of effort estimates and negotiate as required * Supervise demoulas communication of issues and changes to Business Technology Stakeholders and Business Partners * Ensure that teams are delivering quality solutions with minimal business disruptions * Rally resources across teams to resolve major issues quickly with a quality solution * Present escalated risks/issues with alternatives and recommendations * Provide weekly status reports demoulas * Establish agendas, demoulas facilitate meetings, and record minutes with next steps * Identify and manage issues, risks, and mitigations **PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:** * Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of pricing technology solutions * Possess an appreciation for strategy, processes, capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance * Ability to recognize operational issues, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies * Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to visualize and develop solutions to key business or technical challenges demoulas * Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations * Able to act as liaison conveying needs of the business to business technology teams and technology constraints and capabilities to business stakeholders * Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence and motivate others demoulas to move toward consensus * Proven track record of working under tight deadlines and comfortable working with ambiguity * Thinks and acts proactively rather than reactively and plans work accordingly * Ability to communicate and build consensus among key stakeholders on solutions to business problems demoulas that may arise * Ability to lead and manage a team with diverse knowledge, skills and abilities forward to achieve common goals and objectives Qualifications: * Master s Degree demoulas or equivalent Sysco Experience (15+ years) **PREFERRED EDUCATION:** demoulas * Certified Project Manager (PMP) **REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum 12 years of overall IT (or related area) work experience. * Minimum demoulas 7 years of SAP ECC and/or Vistex experience. * Minimum 5 years experie
